Man, the pics are disappointing - it looks like it could be an *actual* theatre instead of just a movie theatre.

I'd for the whole THX stadium seating approach myself. I'd find it hard to watch the Matrix in that place, but I'm sure the guy could just cough up a few bucks and have it redone on a whim. In fact I'm sure he has people to do just that.

I like the theatre look too. My disappointment is that although it looks like a full-blown theatre, it's only suitable for viewing movies.

If he is rich enough and likes theaters, then why not ?Even if it is all three theaters all together. !!!
